The news is full of information about our upcoming election and how to vote. This page will collect nonpartisan information on how to register to vote, how to vote, how to verify that your vote counted and where to get unbiased information on candidates and propositions on your ballot.
If you are registering to vote less than 15 days (October 19, 2020) prior to the election, click here for the Same-Day Voter Registration process.
All registered voters will receive a ballot about 28 days prior to the November 3, 2020 election (roughly October 5, 2020).
6539 Consulting recommends that rather than mailing in your ballot, that you drop off your ballot in person. In person drop-off locations can be found by visiting your elections office website.
The State of California tracks your ballot - when it is mailed, when it has been received and when it has been counted.
